Our Big Pan is over 1 metre wide and will impress your guests. Not only can we cook delicious dishes for you and your guests but it also creates a show cooking aspect to entertain your guests.
All the big pan dishes are full meals that come with a range of accompaniments and sides that are listed with each dish.

Mexican Chilli
Minced beef cooked with onions, peppers and kidney beans
in a classic chilli con carne sauce
Accompanied by fluffy white rice, tortilla chips, cheese, soured cream and chives.
Indian Curry
Succulent chicken breast cooked in a korma or tikka masala sauce
Accompanied by basmati rice, poppadoms, naan bread, onion chutney,
mango chutney and mint raita.
Chinese Sweet & Sour
Shredded pork in a sweet and sour sauce with pineapple, onions,
peppers and sugar snap peas
Accompanied by egg fried rice, prawn crackers and spring rolls.
Fajitas
Chicken breast with fried onions and peppers in a seasoned fajita sauce
Accompanied by a warm tortilla wrap, cheese, salsa, guacamole, soured cream, jalapeños, tortilla chips and spicy rice.
Sausage & Mash
2 butchers sausages
Accompanied by creamy mashed potato, garden peas and onion gravy.
Paella
Marinated chicken thighs and chorizo cooked in garlic with red onions, sweet peppers and peas with traditional spanish rice
Topped with lemon wedges and parsley
Accompanied by a Caesar salad, olive bread and garlic dipping oil.
