Island catering is owned by Ben Vallis and Shelley Meredith. As a family run business we have over 20 years experience in the catering industry. We treat each and every event as if it were our own and strongly believe that by doing this only the highest standards are achieved. Food is such a huge part of an event and with Ben and Shelley’s wealth of knowledge and experience rest assured you are in safe hands.

“Thank you to Island Catering for a wonderful service at Lou’s 50 birthday bash. Along with Kneeslider they made it a night to remember. Ben and Shelly turned up set and provided wonderful food for all the guests dismantled and did not ask for a single thing, not a single thing! The pig was wonderful and crackling excellent. The next week Lou had crackling at the Dorset steam fair and cracked a tooth! When they say they are self sufficient that is what you get. Would use again without a doubt.
