about our Hog Roast

Our hogs are cooked slowly in a confit oven. The heat circulates creating a succulent tender pork (similar to pulled pork) which will melt in your mouth.

We score and salt the pig to create pieces of delicious crispy crackling. Served out of our rustic wooden kitchen creates an amazing food experience for your guests. Served with a variety of chutneys, sauces and sides, allowing your guests to decide what goes on their plate.
