We know wedding planning can be stressful and we like to do our best to put your mind at ease and your trust in us. You may have questions that we are happy to answer from consultation right up until your big day. To help you understand how your food will commence on your special day we have put together a step by step guide.

Once you have secured your special day with us we are on hand to answer any questions you may have and offer guidance and support. A month before your big day we will contact you to confirm timings, dietary requirements and all of the finer details.

Below is an example of a typical wedding day to give you an idea of how the day runs
8.30AM We arrive at your venue and begin construction of our set up.
10.30AM We begin food preparation.
1.30PM Visual check to make sure all set up is complete ready for guest arrival.
2.00PM Guest arrival for ceremony
2.45PM Canapés and welcome drinks for your guests while photographs are being taken.
4.00PM Wedding breakfast
5.30PM Make sure all crockery and cutlery is cleared efficiently
6.00PM Evening reception food preparation
7.00PM Evening guests arrive
8.30PM Evening reception food
10.30PM Clear all rubbish efficiently while your guests are dancing the night away

If you would like to book an appointment to discuss your event, please get in touch. We offer a complimentary meeting and venue visit to answer any questions that you may have. Once we have established guest numbers and your menu choices we can give you a price.
- If you wish to book our services, please get in touch to secure your date, to avoid disappointment.
- Please contact us to check availability and to discuss your requirements.
- Once agreed, we will send you a contract explaining our Terms and Conditions.
- We require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure your booking
- The remaining balance is payable 2 weeks before your big day
- Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll continue to receive a personal service offering advice, support and being on hand to answer any of your questions in order to make your day perfect.
