Island Catering provided the food at our wedding a few weeks ago and gave us an exceptional service. Despite having to work around the horrendous weather they did a fantastic job, managing to make sure our guests didn’t even need to go outside. The food was incredible, everybody loved the hog roast and raved about the fajitas in the evening. They worked well with the bar and venue staff ensuring a smoothly run day. They went out of their way to assist with extra requests we made, taking the stress away from some of the wedding party. We can not recommend them enough! They did such a good job. Thank you Ben and Shelley for helping to make our day perfect.

I would 100% recommended Ben and Shelley for proving an excellent catering service. From the very first meeting they were so welcoming and straight away you felt at ease. On the day of the wedding, they set up their shack and my god it was fantastic! The hog roast was unbelievable and everyone had full tummies after. In the evening they provided bacon rolls…the rolls were huge!!
Afterwards we were given any food that was left, which most companies wouldn’t do. They left the area completely clean and tidy.
I couldn’t praise this company enough! Thank you Ben and Shelley!

We had Ben and Shelley do us a hog roast for a birthday party and it was amazing! The hog itself was roasted to perfection and the crackling and condiments were a great accompaniment to the meat. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and I would definitely recommend them. Very good service and lovely people as well..

Thank you to Island Catering for a wonderful service at Lou’s 50th birthday bash. Along with Kneeslider they made it a night to remember. Ben and Shelley turned up set and provided wonderful food for all the guests, dismantled and did not ask for a single thing, not a single thing! The pig was wonderful and crackling excellent. When they say they are self sufficient that is what you get. Would use again without a doubt. If you are in two minds the only advice I can give is book them.
